Locale File on Desk Phones

Hello,

We have over 20+ different model of desk phones actively used with 10+ languages.

Is there any way that I can generate report or see accurate information which locale files installed and for which model?

I logged in CUCM via SSH and I see several type of locale files listed under show version active but not sure which ones are active?

Hi,

You can export all phone details using CUCM BAT Tool. The exported file includes Network Locale and Device User Locale fields to verify which phones is using which locale.

You can use Cisco BAT tool for exporting the device details and that will help you find out the current locale assigned on the phone model. You can use the BAT--Import/Export option.
