Localization language issue the coller name not display

Hi All,

 We have issue with cisco IP phone 8800 we have two locale language  English and Arabic phone 

when Arabic language  phone  call English language phone the caller name is not appear

and the reverse is working fine.

we change the "user local" from "English" to "None" where the default is English  but same.

Most probably this could be an issue with the firmware. Try playing around with a newer fw and see and changes.
