Locals install 7.1.5.1000-1 on CUCM 7.1.5.35900-7

Hi,

I just upgrade 7.1.5.35900-7 and notice the locals are

cm-locale-combined_network-7.1.5.1000-1.cop

cm-locale-da_DK-7.1.5.1000-1.cop

cm-locale-de_DE-7.1.2.3000-1.cop

cm-locale-en_GB-7.1.2.3000-1.cop

cm-locale-es_ES-7.1.2.3000-1.cop

cm-locale-fr_FR-7.1.2.3000-1.cop

cm-locale-it_IT-7.1.2.3000-1.cop

cm-locale-sv_SE-7.1.2.3000-1.cop

cmterm-IPComm-directorywizard.cop

localeinstaller

any harm to align them to 7.1.5.1000 ?

thanks

They should be aligned with compatible locale version, everytime you upgrade CUCM you need to ensure locales are compatible and in most cases need to be upgraded.

Hi Louis,

Can u try restarting Cisco AMC service?

regds,

aman

Hi Aman,

i ve tried that...

i found a similar issue but it s on unity. i gave it a go on my lab no luck...

thanks

RTMT alerts missing after upgrade from 7.1(3) to 8.5(1).
Symptom:
After upgrading UC from 7.1(3) to 8.5(1) RTMT no longer shows any of the alerts under either System or UnityConnection.

Workaround:

*WARNING* This will remove any custom alerts you had configured. If this is ok then use these steps to recreate the default alerts.

ssh to the publisher

run sql ccm delete from scratch where name like 'Ris%'

Go to "Cisco Unified Serviceability"

Tools -> control center - network services

restart "Cisco AMC Service"

After AMC service is restarted you should be able to launch RTMT and see the default alert settings.

Hi Louis,

I could not find any other POST/Bug related to your RTMT problem.

Can u open a new thread with changed subject and see if others can help us ?

regds,

aman
