Hi everyone,
I’m currently managing a number of Cisco 8945 IP phones in our organization. Some of these phones are running firmware version **SIP9.3(1)**, which unfortunately causes various issues in our environment. On the other hand, the phones that are running **SIP9.4** are working perfectly fine.
After researching the upgrade path, I discovered that upgrading directly from **9.3(1)** to **9.4** is not supported. It appears that I must first upgrade to **SIP9.3(4)** as an intermediate step before I can move to **9.4**.
However, I have not been able to find the **SIP 9.3(4)** firmware file anywhere. Cisco’s official download site requires a SmartNet contract, which we currently don’t have access to.
If anyone happens to have a copy of the firmware (**SIP8945_9-3-4**) or knows a trusted source where I can download it, I would truly appreciate your help.
Thank you very much in advance!

You won't be able to get software for that phone model from Cisco as it's been sunset a long time ago. https://www.voipinfo.net/docs/cisco/eos-eol-notice-c51-735927.pdf. It was announced EoL in 2015 and last day of hardware support for it was March 2021. Your only option is to either find it somewhere outside of Cisco or that someone in the community has saved the software.

One reason to upgrade from an EOL product to the latest is vendor support. Cisco no longer provides access to 8900 Phone firmware on their portal, making it unavailable for public download.
To find a copy, searching the internet would be your best option.
