losing caller ID after long call flow

I am losing caller ID info at the end of a long call flow which looks like this:

- call comes in to UC500 via PSTN SIP trunk
- reception answers and blind transfers to 4 digit DN on CUCM via internal SIP trunk
- CUCM DN is a CCX application trigger
- CCX script plays prompt and redirects call to different CUCM DN
- agent on CUCM phone sees internal extension of UC500 reception as calling party

What do I need to do/check/configure/debug so I can get the original PSTN phone number to show on the agent phone?

Thanks,
Diego

Hi Diego,

What happens if the reception sends the call directly to s CUCM extension instead of a CTI RP?

Can you please attach the output of a debug ccsip message?

Please let me know.

Regards

Carlo

Hello Carlo,

The result is the same when the call is transferred to a CUCM extension so I guess the CCX doesn't really come into play yet.  The CUCM has a CUBE for PSTN SIP trunks so I tried debugs with xfer directly to CUCM from UC500 and then thru CUBE first then to CUCM and result are still the same.  I tried to sanitize the debugs a bit so you will see outside caller as PSTN5551212 calling DID5551212 which is 8118 on UC500.  Then 8118 transfers to CUCM 471 which cannot see original caller from PSTN5551212.

Thanks
