Lost CLID after PRI Migration

I recently moved a location from an old AT&T PRI to their new IP Flex PRI. I lost inbound caller id. I'm curious if AT&T is sending me something different. How would you go about troubleshooting? 

The gateway is a 2811 running MGCP on CUCM 8.5.

Debug the calls to see what telco is sending you.

If I "debug isdn q931" it just shows the 10 digit number. Should the calling party name be included in that section?

 

 Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, '1234567890'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National
