lost-packets seems to be 0 all the time on ASR1006

Hi all,

I am trying to set up a Cisco ASR1006 running

Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 03.16.01a.S - Extended Support Release

Cisco IOS Software, ASR1000 Software (PPC_LINUX_IOSD-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 15.5(3)S1a, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

to help me monitor things like

lost-packets

hiwater-playout-delay

lowater-playout-delay

round-trip-delay

for my voice calls.

I have set up

aaa group server radius radiusgroupA

aaa accounting connection h323 stop-only group radiusgroupA

gw-accounting aaa

acct-template callhistory-detail

and my voice service voip has things like

callmonitor

rtcp keepalive

rtcp all-pass-through

media statistics

media bulk-stats

media disable-detailed-stats

call-quality

   max-dropout 300

   max-reorder 500

   clock-rate dynamic-default 10000

etc.

I believe I should have some lost packets and the value should not be zero all the time, but yet the values I get via RADIUS is always 0. Latency values are ok and it is something I expect.

Does anyone know if there are issues with getting lost packets via RADIUS and/or there are something in the configuration that I should have?
