Low cost commercial NAS backup for CUCM

Has anyone used low end Buffalo or QNAP NAS boxes for backing up CUCM? I can get a Buffalo 1TB unit for $200, and it alledgely supports SFTP with a simple configuration tweak, but is it compatible with the Cisco SFTP client?  I'd be interested to hear of any experiences positve or negative.

I wouldn't worry too much. If the Buffalo is a real SSH server, it should be fine. (It could well be using the same SSH tool suite as CUCM itself: OpenSSH)

But why not just fire up Linux on an older PC or a VM ? Zero cost. CUCM backups aren't big. I've got 5 days of backups eating a massive 10GB - which is nothig nowadays.
