Hello,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to perform a call transfer from Lync to a Cisco Phone with SIP REFER method.
I am using CUCM 10.5(2)SU2a and Lync 2013. Lync integrated with CUCM over a SIP trunk.
During a call between Cisco IP Phone and Lync Client, I am trying to transfer a call to another Cisco IP phone but the transfer fails.
I can see a REFER message sent to CUCM.
When transfering a call from Cisco IP Phone to Lync, the transfer works
When performing the transfer using RE-INVITE (REFER disabled on Lync) all transfers work
Lync Normalization script is implemented on the SIP trunk
Does anybody know the reason of this behavior?
I have used the following integration guide:
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/solutions/collateral/enterprise/interoperability-portal/uc-manager.pdf
There is a following note:
A later release of Cisco UCM fixing the defects CSCum00523 and CSCun13435 is required to resolve REFER and Call Hold issues observed in testing.
Are those defects fixed in CUCM 10.5(2)SU2a?
Regards
Piotr
