We have a Cisco Callmanager Business Edition 8.5 and a MS Lync Server 2010, both are connected with a SIP Trunk
and normal calls from the Cisco system to the Lync Server works without any problem.
But if a Cisco User calls a Lync User, only the the name which I have entered on the callmanager is shown on the Lyncside and not the Active Directory name from the caller.
So where can I find the settings to say the lync server, please check the number for internal users first and do not take the Callmanager name.
