Make a call in CUCM through postman

I am new to Cisco CUCM. I am trying to make a call from sandbox using postman. But I didn't find proper solution for that. Is it possible to make a demo call from postman?

Yes it should be possible. Have a look at DevNet for information regarding use of APIs. That's a much better suited place for this type of questions.
