make conference international call by FXO code

Dear All

CUCM 7.1.5 , Voice gateway using H323 , Analog lines port 2/0/0

I want to make international if i am out side the company  by my mobile through my extension :

My mobile calling > FXO code : DID 3456 > open line to make international .

I did in voice gateway :

num-exp 3456 64

dial-peer voice 250 pots

destination-pattern 64

port 0/2/0

!

dial-peer voice 251 pots

destination-pattern 64

port 2/0/0

in CUCM

route pattern :  64.!

when i make dial from my mobile to 22923456 > it opens new line then dial 64 then 00967XXXXXXXXXXX > it gives me " your number invalid "

- how to solve this issue ?

- How the configuration will be in CUCM and Voice gateway h323 ?

i am not talking about mobility option , my scenario is

if i am outside i want to make conference international call by calling DID extension 3456 , then open new line or code then put 0032XXXXXXXXX  ,

outside company from my mobile > DID 2292-3456 > then open line in FXO with code 022 then > put international number 00!

how it will be ? in CUCM and voice router or gateway with dial peer and route pattern ?
