Greetings everyone,

We have CUCM 11.5 installed with a pool of numbers dedicated to meet-me conferences which connects to UCCX to provide an IVR menu. However, users have to manually create conference by pushing meetme button, and entering conference number. Is there a way so that conferences would be active all the time and users would need to dial conference number only to enter the room?

No, that's not how meet-me works. If you deploy CMS and create rooms for that purpose, people could dial into them at any time.

Unfortunately, we do not have CMS deployed at the moment. Is there a way to create meet me conferences with AXL?
