Making outgoing calls with DID display

Hi,

I need to make outgoing calls with DID display instead of the main number

i will told by the teleco to send the last 4 digits over in order for DID to work on outgoing calls

how can i achieve it? thanks.

Hi Robbie,

I'm afraid we need a bit more information before being able to answer your question.  At this point, I'm not even sure if you're using CME or full blown CUCM.

If it's CUCM, you'll want to use a calling number transformation in your route pattern to get the number to 4 digits.  You can also use a transformaiton pattern applied to your gateway.

If it's CME, you'll have to put some transformations on the outgoing dial peers to manipulate the number.
