I have acquired a set of 7940g IP phones. I am running them POE and need help for my Voip provider to reprovision the IPs. Calls/emails to Cisco state the service period ended for this model 7/31/2015. The Voip IT tech needs access to the access the configuration of the units to provision. The DHCH and IP addresses reflect the correct addresses. However, they state they cannot associate the two. Any suggestions how my guys can access the phone?

When you say "Any suggestions how my guys can access the phone?" , what kind of access are you referring to and what exactly are the settings that you are trying to change.
