I've been asked by our CIO whether there is a way to map the userID field in CallManager to something other than samAccountName in the LDAP attributes...I'm seeing that it is hard-coded though. Has anyone ever come across a similar issue and have you found a fix for it? One thought was mapping it to the employee number in AD (hidden field)...not sure if this is possible though.
We're currently running CallManager 9.1.2.
