Good Morning every one ,
I am forwarding calls from CTI root point to route pattern to connect it with call handler
how can I mask the forwarded number from the user ?
for example user will dial 1000 for help desk and the call will be forwarded to 1001 how can I mask the number to show as 1000 ?
I have solved my issue by masking the "Called Party Transform Mask" in route pattern
How can I delete this topic ?
