Hello,
I have a customer who called me because every devices suddenly logged out at the same time.
I first thought about the URL API with "login", "logout"&"logout all devices" buttons.
I searched in EM logs and found a lot of messages saying devices were logged out.
But, I can't find why.
Is there a way to know for sure that it is from the API devices were logged out and with luck which IP sent the execution ?

Was it just EM users that were logged out of EM or did physical phones lose registration or restart? Any commonality such as same location, same sub, etc.?

It was just EM users, no network outage.
I also checked in EM service parameters : "auto logout" set to false.
