Hey Guys,
I know that CUC 8.6(1) states that you shouldn't install more than 5 locales, but I need to add a couple of more than that to my CUC 8.6(2). Can anyone tell me if the limit increased in any 8.6(2) version or in any 9.x version. If not, has anyone attempted to add more than 5 and what happened?

Hi Perry,
The recommendations have not changed between 8.x and 9.x. Here
is the 8.x info;
Note Languages are not licensed, and Connection 8.x does not enforce a limit on the number of languages you can install and use. However, the more languages you install, the less hard-disk space is available for storing voice messages. In the Cisco Unity Connection 8.x Supported Platforms List (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/8x/supported_platforms/8xcucspl.html), information on the number of minutes of storage available on each server assumes that you have installed no more than five languages.

And for 9.x;
Note Languages are not licensed, and Connection 9.x does not enforce a limit on the number of languages you can install and use. However, the more languages you install, the less hard-disk space is available for storing voice messages. In the Cisco Unity Connection 9.x Supported Platforms List (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/9x/supported_platforms/9xcucspl.html), information on the number of minutes of storage available on each server assumes that you have installed no more than five languages.
