We will soon be uploading a personalised .WAV file to CUC8 for a call handler. Does anyone have any idea of the maximum file size of the WAV file we can use?
I've never seen this to be ab issue. A minute in g711 is about 480 kb, so even if you upload 2 minute recording that is going to be about 1 Mb which should not be an issue. How long of a recording are you planning on uploading?
