Hello,I know this is an old post. My question is similar to this. On cucm clusters over ip wan,is there other way we can achieve it without vpn.
I know of expressway c and e which are mainly used for MRA,B2B and Jabber guest sessions. I want to ask if expressway c and e can be used to deploy cucm cluster over ip wan without VPN

No

Thanks. Can the vpn feature in the cucm be useful to link two cucm over ip
wan? If yes, is it better than site to site vpn ?

That's a PHONE VPN you're talking about, from phones to CUCM.
