Did you complete the manual file system check ( using recovery disk ) as shown in the snapshot ?

No. Can you share me the procedure.

If you observe the screenshot carefully, the procedure is very much provided in it. Reboot the system & follow the steps prompted to complete Manual File System Check ( FSCK ). Keep the recovery disk handy with you & insert in the driver whenever prompted & continue with next pr0mpted steps.
Refer the OS admin guide for your CUCM version available on CCO for any such activities.http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/prod_maintenance_guides_list.html
If it appears difficult to perform, feel free to raise a TAC case with Cisco.

IS the recovery disk and CUCM installation disk same?
01-10-2012 11:16 PM
No you need to download the Recovery software for your CUCM from CCO, here it is http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/type.html?mdfid=282421166&catid=278875240&i=rp
Also refer the document http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080b1f305.shtml

If you mean the link for the recovery disk, right now your only chance would be your SE.
