Hi!
I am want to upgrade my MCS-7825H3 server to 4G of RAM so it can support CUCM version 8.
But I cannot find RAM for any MCS-xxxx HP server on Cisco Commerce Workspace and the MCS-7825H3 is
not listed on the "Product Line" selection on Kingstons website.
Anyone who knows exactly where to get these extra 2G RAM modules?
Thanks!

Hi,
We did similar upgradation where in we placed the order to HP directly for extra DRAMs.I think u are using MCS7825H3-IPC1 server.
Your equivalent HP server for MCS 7825 H3 is
DL320-G5 Server
Single Intel 3050 Xeon 2.13-GHz
2GB RAM
2x 160GB Hard Disk
You can also speak to HP and get the PART Codes for RAM.

Hi,
Please check with Cisco's Partner Helpline team.
By opening a case with Partner helpline (PH) team, please use www.cisco.com/go/ph to do so.
They will be able to assit.
Thanks,

Hi
The MCS 7825 H3 is equivalent to an HP DL320-G5 Server
You can get HP or 3rd Party memory upgrades for this; you can no longer get them from Cisco.
