I could read from another discussion that there is no equivalent vom IBM
But I need the IBM part number for the drive...
Can I take the one from Server IBM x3250-M2 with IBM part number for the drive: 39M4509 ?

Using the 7825I4 equivalent is exactly the right thing to do. All three of these servers use the exact same hard drive.
