MCS7825-I2 boot issue pxe-e61:media test failure

Hi!!

I have a problem with a MCS7825I2...I upgraded from CUCM 5.1.2-1000 to 5.1.3-7000 on Publisher with status OK, the same with Suscriber, and then switch version un Publisher , but when the server is booting...says this error...Pxe-e61:media test failure. check cable Pxe-m0f:exiting broadcom pxe rom...

The suscriber its up, with version 5.1.2-1000, but I don´t have DBase backup....Can I backup DB from the suscriber to a sftp server? or are theer another way to backup database on suscriber?
