media encryption for 3'rd party SIP phones

Hi,

It is possible to have encrypted media calls between 3'rd party SIP phones in CUCM 8 ? Because when I tryed to create a Phone Secure Profile for the Third-Party SIP device, the Device Security Mode parameter is missing. (to my understanding this parameter must be configured to Encrypted in order to have media encryption enabled).

With third party phones, nothing but basic calls is supported to work, and for sure, not phone security or encryption.

You will need to use Cisco phones if you really want that.
