Hi expert

Q1 : did end user can get permissions to hear and view its phone records  and not the all  org ?

Q2 : i have a difficulty to configure records  sx-20 .did someone have a link for that ?

For the first Q i learn that the M.S have just on Permission the admin . we cannot config levels for manage .

if we need that go to > Api .
