Hi,
We have an IP telephony setup with CUCM 9.0.1 and Cisco MediaSense recording server 9.0.1. Calls are recording fine.
But we are facing an issue like example Extension 1000 is recording and the all the incoming calls forward to any mobile number on today.
At this time we could not able to view the recorded calls which has forwarded to mobile.On the serach & Play tool we could not able to see any calls are recorded on today.

As soon as the call is transfered away from an IP Phone and since - correct me If i am wrong - you are using BiB IP Phone based recording , the system cannot record conversation that does not flow through an IP Phone (using its BiB -> built-in DSP). You need CUBE to do that.
