Hello Community,
A customer has a MediaSense server with the Archive configuration and the option "Archive Recording Older than (in days)" was set with the value 7, but the SFTP server is receiving files older then 20 days.
When I click in the button "Test SFTP" It is also returns the message "A General Error occurred. Contact you Administrator for more details". However, the SFTP is working properly it only seem the MediaSense is not respecting the "Archive Recording Older than (in days)" configuration.
Someone has a sugestion to deal with this issue?
