Hi,

are you using below config

http://www.voicecerts.com/2010/06/understanding-and-configuring-meet-me.html

Else

Just check, the number who initiates meet-me would have a Meet-me key configured and CSS should have access to dial Meet-me partition. Once meet-me is initiated other DN can call it as long as they have Meet-me partition in there CSS.

I have looked at that doc before but I will double check it to see if I missed something.

I misunderstood the first point in the documents Meet-Me Conferencing Installation Checklist

"Note that the initiator must have access to these conference bridge resources by nature of the MRGL assigned to the initiator."

IMO better verbiage would be:

"In order for a phone to dial the Meet-Me Number\Pattern the phone's Media Resource Group List setting must equal the MRGL of the Conference Bridge you want to use."

Kudos on doing a great Job.

Happy to help.

That's not quite true, for all matter of purposes, a CFB is also considered an endpoint as any other phone, and it can have a completely different MRGL (assigned via the DP) than phones, as it can also request other media resources.

You don't need to have the same MRGL on the device and on the CFB for meet-me to work, as the doc states, and this is the same for ad-hoc, which media resources you have access to, and which CFB/XCODER/MTP/ETC you use, will depend on the MRGL/MRG of the guy requesting them.

It has always been like this.

Hello,

You can check this document as well: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/118722-configure-cucm-00.html

Hope both links help you achieve what you require.
