Is there a way to create a "secure meet-me" scenario that requires a PIN to authenticate? We want to control/ authenticate users to the conference.

If you're using 11.x+ that would be Conference Now, previous releases you would need a 3rd party alternative, do some custom scripting on UCCX, or just use CUC as the front end (not really securing it with a PIN, but being able to grant/deny access via a supervised transfer)
