Memory Usage information in RTMT and server's task manager not Matching!

Hello Professionals,

I am using call manager 4.X version and when i check RAM usage from task manager on the server it shows me that memory is utilised more than 75% but when i login to RTMT and check for instantaneous values its not more than 40%.

Also, i have gone through the previous days reports [RTMT] and in that also memory consumption graph is not above 40%

Please help me understand these two different observations.
