Hi All,
We have been facing an issue where several users are getting the voicemail playback speeds getting all messed up. Initially we suggested that it might be related to a couple of user's but now everyday we get same issues for hoardes of them.
Issue :
Unity Connection Version : 8.6.2ES44.22900-44 Playback Message Settings >>> Message Volume : Medium Message Speed: Normal Problem: End Users do not have access to Cisco Unity Connection . Voicemail speeds even with these settings are slow. We informed them to press from the below mentioned options, which onyl helps for that particular message and particular instance. So in both the cases, issues crops up again. Can this be a bug on this particular version where the playback settings on the GUI page revert to the old one even after making the changes. Appreciate some help on this. |

Hi Abhishek,
If you do not want speed and volume changes to be saved as new default settings for the user, you can disable this functionality by unchecking the Save Speed and Volume Changes Made by User setting on the;
System Settings > Advanced > Conversation Configuration page in Cisco Unity Connection Administration.
