Messages Button Displays Port Number

CUCM 8.5 Intergrated with CUE 8.5. I followed the guide for configuring CUE for CUCM and everything is working fine but one thing that has came up is when the Messages button is pressed the phone shows the call dialing the CTI port number and not "Voicemail". Is there anyway to change this so when the messages button is pressed only "Voicemail" is displayed?

Hi,

This is failry easy to do. On CUCM>Voice Mail Ports, please change the following parameters as follows. NB go to the voice mail ports and change the display name. If you  put nothing there then the CTI Ports numbers will be displayed as you are experiencing

Internal Caller ID Display : VoiceMail

Internal Caller ID Display (ASCII format): VoiceMail

Great. Thanks very much, I figured it was an easy fix. Never integrated Unity Express with CUCM.
