can anyone explain what the exact use of attendant dn in mgcp fxo port configuration ? And why it need to configure mandatory

Because that's the DN you want to send the call to, when they call that landline.

is this only for outside calls from CUCM ? Or for any incoming call the DN is using ? If so can i configure any existing DN that configured in cucm as an attendant dn ?

It is used for all incoming calls on that MGCP controlled port.
