MGCP gateway IOS upgrade

Hi,

I have a 3825  MGCP voice gateway with 12.4(13r)T10 IOS  . I am going to upgrade my CUCM to version 8.0.

Do i need to upgrade gateway IOS for this CUCM upgarde , if yes which IOS version is required.

Please suggest and revert asap.

You dont absolutely have to but its generally recommended. i typicaly put the latest T train as much as possible as better support for features and hardware...although it wont guarantee that there are any major bugs etc..i would read the release notes of a specific IOS as well...

Go under software downloads , select your router platform and pick the T train latest IOS..
