****Update FAX now operational*** All others non operational. My contacts who dial in to my modem recieve Error678 on microsoft dialing service which means the device is basically not answering the call. But the device does recieves calls if you dial it and get tone burst. So Im thinking it has to do with my gloabl MGCP configuration. We have test this conenction through our regular analog switchboard and the modem works just fine. I just removed T38 fax protocal from both the isr4351 and vg350 in the voice service voip
