We have a MGCP configured gateway with 2 PRI's Currently we have a problem with outbound calls going out the pri. We are getting a temporary failure when call attempts out the first PRI.
Cause i = 0x82A9 - Temporary failure
There is no attempt to try the second PRI or the next route group which is a sip trunk.
Call manager has Route group with both PRI's a second route group with backup sip trunk all in one Route list.
Does call manager not think the first PRI is down which is why it is not attempting next route group member or next route list member?
I tried changing the service parameters for stop hunting on unallocated number and on busy with no change.
