MGCP outbound calls not hitting gateway

Hello everyone!

 

After router restart outbound calls to PSTN are not hitting the gateway. With debug q931 I dont see any outbound calls hitting the router, only inbound. 

 

What can be a possible issue? It was working just before we restarted the router..

Btw, MGCP gateway is registered, as well as all ports

can you paste your mgcp config? (sh run | sec mgcp)
