We had an incident where our users couldn't make outbound calls. However, we could receive inbound calls. What we had to do is teardown the MGCP (no mgcp) and restart it. From the CUCM, the Route List were registered, the gateways were registered. From the IOS gateway, it appeared registered as well. Has anyone seen this before? Also, what traces and debug should we pull to gather more information on what might be occuring.
