We have a cluster of 5 CUCM 8.0 servers and several sites using MGCP voice gateways. Recently we upgraded the CUCM to version 220.127.116.1100-5 and we have a problem with outbound calls: some times, the outbound calls are not working (incoming calls are still OK). The users will hear fast busy tone when making call. If we use an IP Communicator with the same settings (Device Pool, extension number, CSS, location...), calls are OK.
This happens randomly to several sites, we have to reset the voice port, or even have to restart the CCM service to get the things back to operation.
