Microsoft OCS / Microsoft Lync

Dear NetPro gurus,

Is full CallManager 8.x the only platform that can integrate with Microsoft OCS or Microsoft Lync?? Would it work on other models like CME (CallManager Express) or CUCM Business Editions?
