Hi Guys,
I am humbly still learning OCS and all it's functionality/components, but there is a situation that I am unclear of if it will work or not.
Fundamentally, what needs to occur is
1) User right clicks a contact in Outlook and selects "Dial"
2) The Cisco IP Desk phone, that is registered to CME makes a call to the contact.
Essentially, does this mean that OCS has call control of the CME registered phone?
I have read a document that suggests this is possible, but it is fairly trivial: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/solutions/collateral/ns340/ns414/ns728/ns829/799011.pdf
Is this true? Is there another piece to the puzzle I have completely missed?
Thanks,
Ryan
