Migrating from Cisco CME 8.6 to Cisco BE6K ( version11.5)

Our customer is  migrating from Cisco CME 8.6 to Cisco BE6K ( version11.5) bundle so we would like to know exact upgrade license count can be calculated from the existing router so New Upgarde licenses can be ordered.

 

We are having 210 quantity of  7800/7900 IP phones in the network against SKU FL-CME-SRST.

you need to download and run the LCU (License count utility) application and it makes the counting, is a very easy tool to use
