I plan to execute an upgrade of CUCM and CUCX from version 7.1.3.30000-1 to a version 9.1.1.20000-5 (CUCM) as well CUCX 7.0(1)SR05_Build504 to 9.0.2.10000-71(CUCX) respectively on a VMware ESXI 5.0 . I will be grateful if someone finds a little time to help me to make the upgrade plan

New version: Cisco Unified CCX Administration
System version : 9.0.2.10000-71
Cisco Unified Call Manager

Start by reviewing the CUCM and UCCX, HW and SW compatibility guides.
Then read the RNs for both products, along with the upgrade guides, all such info is available on cisco.com.
Thats your first step in choosing an upgrade plan.
At some point once you're on versions which are supported on ESXi, you'll DRS from MCS into UCS
