Hi All,
My client currently has 1000+ locations (Retail Stores). Each location has it's own voice gateway connected to Centralized call manager using SIP trunks.
we also have PRI circuits coming inside each store from Local carrier. My client is soon going to remove all the PRI circuits and move towards Centralized ITSP trunk. They have decided to go for ACME for this.
We are using CUCM, SME & CUBE in our network.
Does any have good documents to read on this of migrations ?

Some of Documentation Cisco have is here:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/unified-communications/unified-border-element/white-paper-listing.html
This has some best practices/white papers etc.
Here is a start to info you would require from provider:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/12536696/tech-note-information-you-require-sp-while-provisioning-sip-trunk
Regards to ACME Packet, you can search Oracle web site for info on Net-Net SBCs. There is not going to be a single document that will cover all, you will need to reasearch and come up with migration plan according to your enviornment.
I am also working in initial phase of a one such project with migrating to SIP using ACME packet, so I can try to answer if you have any questions.

With respect to SIP Migration to a central ITSP - SIP trunk I would want to know one thing, and this applies only if you are in USA/Canada.
Just make sure that you have provisioned for Emergency Dialing (911/112) else, even if a remote site dials 911, it will always end up at the Central site's PSAP.
