Hi, I have had a issue raised to me and I am not even sure if at all it was possible or indeed accurate but users are stating that things are different.
Since we upgraded from CUCM v 6 to CUCM v 8.6.2 a missed call log setting has stopped working on call forwarding.
Phone A is CFwdALL to Phone B
I call Phone A from Phone C and it forwards to Phone B (nobody answers)
I check Phone B call history and it says that Phone C has called Phone B , I doesn't say "forwarded from Phone A"
Is this working correctly or is the user stating a correct funtion has disapeared?
Any tips will be appreciated

Hi there,
I hate to doubt user claims, but in this case I believe this
is working as designed
I have followed many threads with the same query and the results
are always exactly what you are seeing. Here's one with a wonderful answer

I also re-tested this on our system a few minutes ago and you only see
the "forwarded from" while the call is in the ring-in state not in the Missed calls
main screen or details.
Cheers!
Rob
