Hi,
Our client is using CM 10.5.1. We have two phone 7965 and 7945, which have same extension. When we call on DN, both phones rings simultaneously. But current missed call logs appears only on 7945 phone. 7965 phone shows old 5 6 days back missed call logs.
One more issue is 7965 phone expansion module is added with phone but not working, stuck on Cisco logo and buttons amber lights.
Kindly suggest.

TFTP IP is correct, both phones are registered with cucm.

Hi Humza,
Try deleting ITL on 7965 to see if it changes anything.
What is the model number of Expansion module.

Hi HK,
If you have web access enable on your IP phone, browse the phone through a web browser and find out the firmware on expansion module. Copy the same and past it Under Expansion Module Information >> Module 1 Load Name section

Hi,
Issue has been resolved, Ip phone was plugged in wireless vlan port, thats why don't getting their settings. After changing port, missed calls and expansion module both are working fine.

Hi HK,
Great to hear the issue is resolved.keep the above setting regarding expansion module for feature, if you don't have the Module 1 Load Name section populated the firmware for expansion module will not take effect, which in turn sometime hampers the expansion module functionality.
