Hi all,
I have a 7961 which is not displaying missed calls on screen, nor is it logging them in the missed calls directory. This has been happening for a couple of months and the last logged missed call was 17th May. I have checked the line config of the phone and the 'log missed call' button is checked. I have also tried unchecking it, saving the line config and re-checking it and re-saving it but it had no impact.
Can anyone help / advise please?

Is this happening only on this phone or in all phones?
If happening in all phones, you may try with procedure listed below for 7940/7960 to configure URL for Directories.

Hi Mark,
When I've had this happen a couple of times, the only way to kick-start
the process was to physically unplug the IP phone and let it go through
the complete re-boot sequence
