Missing "PreDial" feature in Personal Directory, CUCM 6.0

just upgraded to CUCM 6 from ccm 3.3 . Users are complaining that their personal directory are not working anymore as the phone fail to add "9" prefix when they try to call out thru the directory.

Besides the solution of asking them to access ccmuser page to add "9" to every entry, is there any other solution to this problem?

Please run the Address Book Synchronizer to check this, after you checked everything's synchronized correctly, unsubscribed and resubscribe the user to Fast Dial service,re-enter the username and PIN.
